EBONY OBSIDIAN BIOGRAPHY

Ebony is known for her role as Karen in Tyler Perry’s series “Sistas”.She was born on April 16, 1994. She was born in New Paltz, New York.Ebony is an American actress.

Early Life

She has Eritrean roots. She went to college to pursue journalism but eventually left it to pursue acting. Ebony had never planned to pursue acting as a career but eventually did. She was working on 3 jobs while in college. She was raised in New Paltz, New York. She went to study acting in Manhattan at the William Esper Studio.

Career

She began appearing in a youtube series in 2015. She then appeared in the series Wu-Tang which was in 2019. In 2019 she again began being featured in the series Sistas.

Other notable acting includes:Hunters and The Six Triple Eight. She is also an ambassador of  International Rescue Committee which she began after she visited South Sudan and saw the crisis they underwent.
