Kenneth Arinzechukwu Okonkwo, popularly known as Andie, is a very popular Nigerian actor famous for the film, Blood on the Throne. He is a very charming character and a Nollywood icon that has been in the Nollywood industry for more than twenty years. He is also a renowned actor, producer, television personality, politician, a pastor, and a lawyer called to the bar.  He has well vast experience and knowledge and can fit in any character and role in the Nigerian movie. In most of his movies, he features as a royal prince.  He is a very learned, successful, and powerful character that is admired and respected by many upcoming talents and fans across the globe.

• Kenneth Okonkwo was born on 6^th Nov 1968, at his rural homestead at Nsukka, Enugu State, South-Eastern part of Nigeria. He is currently 51 years of age. He honors his birthday by organizing a colorful celebration on every 6^th Nov every year.
• Kenneth Okonkwo and his sister were raised up by both parents whose names are not yet known. Unfortunately, he lost both parents on the same day in a fatal road accident while he was at the age of 5 years. Their evil uncle shared the wealth and belonging of his late father and left the poor young children helpless, citing traditions. It was very challenging for Kenneth and her sister to school due to financial complications. Kenneth Okonkwo was motivated by the hardship in life and pursued education continuously, taking multiple degrees and masters.
• After successfully completing elementary education, Kenneth joined the University of Nigeria at Enugu State, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Further, Kenneth joined the University of Nigeria, where he acquired a master’s degree in International Law and Diplomacy. Later, he joined a law School in Abuja, where he successfully pursued law graduating as a lawyer called to the bar as a legal practitioner. Kenneth was not contented with education. He later joined a Theology school at Nigerian Bible School, where he trained as a minister of God and graduated as a full pastor and a man of God.

• Okonkwo got married to the second wife, Ifeoma Okonkwo, in 2007. For nine years, the marriage was not blessed by a child until 7^th May 2016, when God blessed the marriage with the first child, a son, in the United States.
• Kenneth married his first wife, Ogechi Ezekiel, the only daughter of a pastor, in 2000 in a colorful ceremony. This marriage was blessed with one child, a son.  Unfortunately, the marriage developed misunderstandings that lead to an official divorce in 2002. The marriage lasted only for two years since the issues could not be resolved by the two parties. 
• During an interview, Kenneth revealed that he is very faithful to his only wife, Ifeoma, and does not cheat on his marriage, as he is born again. On fidelity escape, the actor amused the fans when he said that even if he is in London, he will fly back to Nigeria back to his wife to cool the sexual urge, and back to London to complete the business he was doing. He is very handsome and gets surrounded by many beautiful women that even throw themselves to him. Kenneth is fearless when it comes to managing infidelity. He will scream he wants to go home because he does not know how his body is feeling, just to get a chance to go to his wife. His straightforwardness in handling infidelity makes him a role model to fans and other actors in the industry, besides driving numerous women to him whenever he goes.
• Kenneth Okonkwo developed an interest and participated in different stages of drama at a tender age in secondary school. He is one of the pioneers of Nigerian movies, and he took the character of Andy Okeke in a 1992 movie labeled “Living Bondage,” which made him popular in the industry. Most fans were impressed by his performance and named him Mr. Andie, as he is popularly known.
• Kenneth has been featured in movies alongside many renowned Nollywood actors and actresses, including Olu Jacobs, Harry B, Chacha Eke, Chika Ike, Walter Anga, Ngozi Ezeonu, among others. He is a very talented, experienced, and interesting character to watch in the Nollywood industry.
• As of 2020, Mr. Okonkwo has starred in more than 350 Nigerian movies playing different roles. Some of the famous selected movies he starred in including; Living Bondage, Worlds Apart, A million Madness, Sacred Blood, Trumpet of Death, Royal King, Wives Strikes, 666 (Beware the End is at Hand), Nollywood Babylon, Across the River, The Golden Fish, Titanic Tassels among others.
• Kenneth Okonkwo has won different awards, with the top award being the Best Actor in Nigeria at the African Movie Academy Awards.
• Kenneth earned several awards including; the Most Prominent Actor in Africa Magic Viewer’s Choice Award and Best Actor in Leading Role in the City People Entertainment Awards. The Federal Government of Nigeria honored his enormous aids in the economic growth of the country through entertainment by conferring him a Member of the Oder of the Federal Republic in the year 2011. This award was the topmost and most influential honor that made him so powerful, influential, and famous within Nigeria and the world.
• Mr. Okonkwo has been practicing politics for a long time. He is loved by many people and popular in southeast Nigeria among Igbos. In 2019, Dr. Kenneth Okonkwo vied for Governorship through APC, the ruling party. However, his political ambitions were shuttered down when he publicly supports President Buhari, that hates the Igbo community both in words and actions. He failed to clinch the seat of the governor. He is, however, still active in politics, although no one knows his next move.
