Wisdom Martin is a famous American news anchor currently working at Fox 5 since 2003. He anchors in the morning program at 4:25a.m, 9a.m to 11a.m on GoodDayDC. Martin started his journalism career while he was a sophomore at Jackson State University. He ran the teleprompter during the weekends at WAPT news. 

• Martin was born on the 25^th of September, 1985, in the United States of America. He is currently 35 years old as of 2020, he celebrates his birthday with his family, friends, and relatives on the 25^th of September every year. • When he is out of work, martin spends his time with his lovely wife and three children. Besides, he enjoys cooking, traveling, visiting different schools, and coaching kids basketball in his area.
• Martin started working with WTTH Fox 5 news team in the year 2003. As a newscast, he covered stories related to Hurricane Katrina, bank robberies in D.C, and also the murder of the football player, Sean Taylor. Before he came to Fox 5, Martin worked with KSEE in Fresno, California, WRAL in North Carolina, and CNN at the network’s Atlantic office.            
• Wisdom martins, together with Tony Perkins, received a promotion from WTTG to morning anchor positions. Perkins anchors from 7 to 10 am, whereas Martin anchors from 4:30 to 7.a.m alongside Sarah Simmons and Allison Seymour. In their new positions, martin replaced Gurvir Dhindsa while Perkins replaced Steve Chenevey. WTTG vice president and director, Phil Metlin, was pleased to welcome Martin and his colleague into new roles on Fox 5 News.
