ASA BUTTERFIELD BIOGRAPHY

Asa Butterfield was born in April 1 , 1997. He is a British actor well known to play the character Otis in Sex Education which is a well known Netflix series. His acting career began at the age of ten. He began by acting in “The Boy in the Stripped Pajamas” and many more including “Hugo”. Otis in Sex Education decided to begin asex clinic in school having been inspired by his mother’s career and adding to his own experiences.

His play as Otis has been praised for the ability to convey various character’s in the series. Otis’s relationships with characters in the series begin with his mother to Maeve and others has resonated with the audience. He’s role in the series is as an insecure and awkward son of a therapist but later becomes love interested.

Asa Butterfield was born in Islington , London. He was born in April 1, 1997. He began his acting career at the age of 10 where he appereared in”The Boy in the Stripped Pajamas”. He began by appearing in minor roles in TV movie in 2006 and 2007. Was born to Sam Butterdield and Jacqueline Farr and sibling to his brother Morgan , his sister Loxie and half-sister Marlie.

Career

Asa began at age of seven by attending a youth theater after school every Friday. In 2006 is when he began his main first real role in the movie ” After Thomas”. Later on in 2007 he acted in Son of Ranbow. In “The Boy in the Stripped Pajamas” in 2008 is where he began his main major role.

At the age of twelve he was featured in the movie “Nanny McPhee and the Big Bang”.He has also featured in many more movies which has interested viewers.

Trivia

Together with his father, they created the app “Racing Blind” in 2013. The game involves the player has to navigate different racetracks with their eyes closed.
